The spring doesn't work properly. Every time I try to use it the spring moves to the side.

The 1st time I used it I already had an issue with the spring. It's not working properly. When you squeeze it the piece slips to the side and then it just closes with no spring action at all.

Only problem is that when I was growing up you didn't need to buy this item🤔
You had ot sharpened & believe me they only last maybe 5-6 months 😔

Reviewed 4 years agoThis is the worst cuticle trimmer ever. I emailed customer service about this purchase as I had to tear the package into bits to open it, and once I got to use the product it was extremely difficult to open and close. It has no spring action, and it's like a mini hedge trimmer as opposed to a cuticle trimmer. Extremely difficult to use. Do not buy this product it is the pits I expect a refund.
