    Inferior to the multipurpose cotton squares.

    The name suggests these are a deluxe version of the multipurpose cotton squares. However, the "extra thick" cotton squares are no thicker than the regular ones and are not made to the same quality. They are flimsy and do not hold together nearly as well. Big mistake buying these.
