I’m really happy with these black elastic hair ties. They’re soft but strong, and they hold my hair securely without pulling or causing discomfort. I’ve used them for ponytails, buns, and even sleeping, and they stay in place without slipping. What I appreciate most is that they don’t snag or tug at my hair when removing them, which helps prevent breakage. Medium hold but soft on hair
I go through a lot of hair bands. These are a medium hold. I can do a lop around my hair three times to do a bun; I have really thick hair. These are fairly small, but not baby sized. They work great at the end of a braid, but not for heavy adult female hair in a pony-tail or bun. We tried these on age 3 with fine hair, age 6 with fine hair, age 10 with thick but silky hair, age 12 with very thick and normal-course hair as well as an adult with very long hair. The sweet spot is for the toddler/preschool fine hair. It holds up nicely and for longer periods of time. It is lightweight and has a good stretch. Fantastic
These ate fantastic. I have thick curly hair and use two to pull my hair up. They hold well and I do not have any issues taking them out. Best hair ties
These ponytail holders are so stretchy and strong, but very gentle in the hair. Most parents with little girls will understand this hat you need to have a strong hairtie that holds the ponytail the whole school day without slipping, these do exactly that but are very gentle when removing. My favorite!
The One + Other Medium Hold Ponytailers are honestly some of the best hair ties I’ve used. They have the perfect amount of grip — strong enough to hold my hair in place all day, but gentle enough that they don’t pull, snag, or leave my hair feeling damaged. I love that they don’t stretch out quickly and stay comfortable even when I wear them for hours. Plus, the pack comes with plenty, so it feels like a great value. Good hair tie if you are in a pinch
We love a good ponytail holder that has no seams. These are just that- smooth and has the elastic you need. These definitely are medium hold though. They feel kind of flimsy when you pick them up. When put into your hair, they seem to stretch out over time. You may have to replace these more often than you want. For that, this receives a 3 star rating. The material is great as well and now may come in a package. They just need true medium hold power. If you have normal hair with a slight thin feeling, these should do the job.
