I bought Lincoln park after dark and was so excited to try it. Despite proper prep and drying time (hours between coats) it came out streaky, patchy, and never really dried. I woke up the next morning despite hours of dry time before bed and the nails were imprinted and scuffed so they had no shine. They’ve also already chipped a good bit and it’s only been 2 days. The color is really mostly black except on the patches and streaks it’s purple. Even with a flashlight or in the sun it just looks black. I tried to do nice even coats but the brush isn't great and it gets gummy very quickly making it hard to work with. I was really surprised at the quality over all and am wondering if I got a bum bottle? Because I know it wasn’t my application. Peace of Mind
Wonderful color. I do not have long fancy nails, my nails are vamp length. I wanted a color that would work with my vacation outfits. I love that it is a cool color but really a neutral. I can wear blues or yellows or grays or beiges and this color looks perfect. It has a hint of blue almost a greige gray beige. A wonderful neutral that works so nicely with my wardrobe. I have been wearing this one week and it has lasted nicely. I do need to take it off and repaint some nails 7 days later but honestly it has lasted nicely and it is not a gel. I only used the strengthing Nail envy. I did not do a top coat. I have worn this polish and this color for years and will keep on wearing it. It goes with everything, is long wearing and it's pretty. And I get lots of compliments on it.
