It satisfies my hunger, making it perfect for snacks between meals. Awesome protein powder! Tastes great
Overall a great tasting protein powder with 24 grams of protein. Used it for an after gym protein shake. Added some peanut butter and bananas into it and tasted great. I got the vanilla ice cream flavor but I’m sure other flavors would be great aswell. Texture after blending it up was super smooth and not too chunky at all.
