If I could give this crap negative stars, I would. I couldn't find the Pro-health Comfort Plus a while back, so I bought whatever was in the gray container. It was straight up plastic and I hated it. I eventually found the Comfort Plus, but the packaging was slightly different, it no longer said Pro-health. I bought it thinking they had just changed the packaging. NOPE. This stuff is the plastic that was in the gray container. Same garbage. It is so rough on tight teeth, it gets stuck and SHREDS, or it finally "pops" down and slices your gum. Figure something else out Oral B! No good
Bring back the OLD floss…. This new stuff does not glide easily as they claim…. The floss jammed and would not dispense.
The floss jammed on the last two dispensers I used. The floss didn't roll out. Instead, it jammed and the string did not move at all. Why change what used to be my favorite floss?
For many years Glide was my favorite and only floss I would use. It was smooth, strong, and actually “glided” between my teeth. The new floss is the opposite and feels cheap and absolutely does not glide. Is there any way we can find and purchase the original and far superior product?
