My favourite floss
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is by far my absolute favourite floss - it really does the work - it's pretty thick but not super thick to make you feel uncomfortable. I don't like your new floss!
I have used Oral-B Glide for many years and I loved it, until now. It seems that you've changed it. I recently purchased a new package, which seems to coincide with your "New" packaging noted here on you web site. The new floss is somewhat translucent compared to the opaque white floss you've had for years. The new floss does NOT clean nearly as well as your old floss and it is not comfortable to use. PLEASE return to you old floss even if it costs you 1/2 cent more to make per unit. For reference, I found 2 numbers on the plastic case for both the old and new floss. Old product: Front bottom right: 91294614 & Bottom: 2007652630 New product: Front bottom right: 21113520 & Bottom: 5071652630Reply from OralB1 week agoWe strive to continuously improve our great line-up of products, and we are disappointed to hear that your recent use of our Oral-B Comfort Plus Floss did not offer the experience that you have come to expect. The past two times I purchased it, the package separated where the floss goes through a small hole, and it has been very difficult to rethread it and use it.
