I have been in dentistry for 50 years and started using this floss when it came out and loved it. Maybe new but definitely not improved. Awful!
This new update is awful. I can't get it between several of my front teeth and I worry about my crowns popping off. Please bring the old floss back! Can someone tell me how to purchase the older version? I'm desperate. Too Thick, product needs improvement

Don’t fix something that ain’t broken
Ok first off stop advertising this as "pro health deep clean" as PG clearly is just selling "deep clean" you guys changed your floss to a WILDLY inferior product, and now you're falsely advertising it as the original pro health floss we all knew and loved. Literally the only floss I would use. This new stuff curls up right when you pull it out, it's stringier and more slippery, and certainly does not glide; in fact it pops in and out when flossing between teeth. IF you want to make a cheaper, worse product, please at least advertise it as so. Take me back
My family and I have enjoyed glide deep clean for years and have gotten had great dental checkups because of it. The new micro-textured does not seem to work as well. I am taking it that the original is fazing out as it has become increasingly difficult to locate. I really advise Oral-B to go back to the original.
