Since the Healthy Gums floss is causing pain, we recommend discontinuing the use of the product if you haven't already. While we changed most of our floss products to the new CleanTech floss fiber, we have a few that were not part of the transition. One of these is our Oral-B Essential Floss, which features a wax coating that allows it to slide easily between teeth, cleaning areas a toothbrush can't reach.
