I've used an Oral-B electric toothbrush for more than a dozen years. In recent months it seemed to be weakening so I bought this new one. It should not have come as a surprise but it s better than when the old one was new! As a toothbrush it's great. I feel like it cleans well and is comfortable to use. The charging light is ridiculous though. It's so bright and flashes so much when charging. Great cleansing action; difficulty with modes
Last year I bought Oral B model 3791, Pro1000. Due to the descriptor I expected three different modes of cleansing. I have yet to know if I've changed any of the modes, despite my attempts to do so. I use whatever mode it is in - unsure if I've adjusted the original mode. It has a strong rotation and cleansing action. My plaque has diminished per my dental hygienist with my 2 min brushing, twice daily. I changed the brush head to the sensitive brush head which is more comfortable for my gums. I am in my 70s and do have receding gums.
