Pleased with water flosser

Some teething issues but overall indispensable
I received a faulty unit (refused to power on even when fully charged) but the issue was handled well by Ordo. I now have no idea how I survived without one of these.. The buttons can seem to be poorly located but I can’t say precisely how it could be improved.? Best water flosser with a downside
Easily the best water flosser I've used. It's very powerful. But you don't get to use the tanks full capacity as advertised because of the lid is position in the middle which prevents you from filling water to max capacity. The base of the tank can be opened but with force - it's a little cumbersome.
