Helps alot with braces.

It stopped braces brackets from scratching the inner cheek and inner lip. I definitely recommend this to others with scratchy brackets.

Poor Product

The idea is great. The execution is terrible. Can't get dot out of the package wthout destroying it. Doesn't stick. Too thin to provide cushioning. Waste of money.
