Innovative Product!

It's easy to use, sticks well, and stays where you put it. The pain cakes cover a good size area, so I can use them on areas like my neck and shoulders. Wish I had come up with these! Love It
I received the Large size Pain Cakes a few weeks ago and have used it many times. I ride mountain bike and after some hard core sessions, I like icing my muscles. Pain Cakes is perfect for that. You are able to stick it wherever you need it. Just pull off the back plastic cover and stick it on. It doesn't get easier than that. Highly recommend!
