Our product did have a formula change in August 2024, however, we definitely expected you to receive the same great results that you've come to love over the years. What you've shared has been unexpected and we'll be addressing this with the rest of our Pantene team. It's a chance that the new formulation is a bit too hydrating for your hair type. You may want to consider using less product when you're washing your hair or try using a less hydrating formulation. Also be sure to thoroughly rinse out your hair.
