Thank you for leaving this review on our Pantene Thermal Heat Protectant. We're sorry to hear to hear your hair felt damaged and dry while using this product. You may not be using the correct version for your hair type. Hair can look frizzy or dry if it is not conditioned enough. Tips: Try a richer conditioner. Try using a conditioning treatment 2 or 3 times a week. Leave the conditioner on for up to 5 minutes. Use more conditioner on the ends of your hair, which does not get enough of the natural oils from your scalp.
