Nice cookies to snack on!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love minty sweets and these have a good balance of mint and chocolate. I’m glad I gave these a try, they’re soft and easy on the stomach. I don’t think any improvements would be needed, I love how the amount of cookies per bag are separated by a liner, it almost gives a good illusion, like ooh here comes the second batch! These Are a Lovely Treat!

I typically don't like mint chocolate but the flavor profile was light without being overpowering. There is more cookie than filling but in this case, that's not a bad thing. Everything balances so well together, and you can taste each element. The dark chocolate and mint are both evident, and neither overpowers the other. The two cookies that sandwich the fillings are exquisite. They are crispy, but also melt in your mouth. You can have them for breakfast with your tea or coffee, as a snack, or an after dinner dessert with wine.
