Worst Sonicare Brush to Date
The odd shape of the toothbrush head which is indented around the perimeter then high in the middle, results in brush head hitting my teeth several times during brushing. W3 brush or any other never did that. Bristles became misshapen much sooner than previous brushes. Bristles don't even go all around the perimeter (4-5 spaces without bristles). Rethink the design of this one.Reply from Maria Gabrielyan1 month agoHello Tail, Thank you for your feedback. Better than DiamondClean brushes, but 2 Compliants
I too used the DiamondClean replacement brush heads for years. And then tried this All-in-One A3 Premium brush head, and have noticed my teeth feel a lot cleaner! It feels like I just came out of the dental cleaning. A definite noticeable difference over the DiamondClean brush heads. Only 2 complaints - the BRUSH HEAD COVERS are cheap, bend the bristles when you try to put back on, and don't feel secure; I took it travelling and lost it. If you have your toothbrush in the bathroom like most people, you want you your brush to be covered. Second complaint, the ORANGE COLOR of these bristles are ugly and don't go with anything in the bathroom.0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on philips.com - izadorahReviewed 2 months ago
Appalling brush head
The only good: I actually like the design/ shape of the bristles, however, this is the worst toothbrush head I have ever tried/ used by Sonicare, it's appalling, and I've gone through every type of toothbrush head Sonicare has produced since my first Sonicare toothbrush 15 yrs ago. So, I definitely have something to compare to and something to base my opinion on. This brush head is much too soft. It doesn't not provide enough resistance for good, thorough cleaning. It might be good for someone with sensitive gums, gums that bleed easily, or someone with gum disease, but it is not good as a standard every day all-in-one brush head for someone who has normal, healthy gums. The bristles are also much too short. Sonicare is beginning to cut corners to save money on production costs, therefore, now we are getting a toothbrush head with bristles half the length of the previous brush heads! It's a shameful and a lousy move by Sonicare. Bristles this short do not clean well, reach far enough or deep enough, they are too soft, so they just spread, instead of holding their form .....one word: it's crap. I gave it a chance for a week, and then it was a return, and never again. I've been an avid supported of Sonicare, the quality this company provides, I recognize no other toothbrush but Sonicare, but this product is appalling and needs to be burned at a stake! Do better, Sonicare!Reply from Ourania GianniHace 2 mesesHi, Thank you for sharing this with us. We always appreciate this type of feedback as it helps us reflect and improve our services. These brush heads clean well and last a long time
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the way these brush heads clean and make my gums feel fresh. Unfortunately this is the second time I have had an issue with the brush heads staying on the handle. Some of them do not lock on and the brush head winds up separating from the handle while in my mouth. These brush heads are not cheap eitherReply from philips.comHace 4 mesesHi Lefty12, Thank you for letting us know about the issue with your toothbrush heads. We are sorry to hear that you are having difficulty using the brush heads. Don't worry, we will do our best to give you the support you need to have a satisfying and flawless brushing experience. Here are some troubleshooting tips that may help you. First, make sure the brush head is securely attached to the handle. Sometimes it needs a little extra push to lock it in place. Second, look for any damage that might prevent the brush head from locking into the handle and causing it to come off during use. Third, clean the top of the handle and the inside of the brush head to make sure the connection is secure. If all of this hasn't helped, please feel free to reach out to us via social media. You can find us on Facebook (@Philips) and X (@PhilipsCare). Don't worry if you don't use social media, you can still reach us via the contact page: https://www.usa.philips.com/c-w/support-home/support-contact-page#!=&n62Contact=. Hope to talk to you soon! Good bristles, poorly designed head
Wanted to try A3 for better performance even though C2 is excellent. Disappointed to discover poorly designed ridge on backside of A3 head which allows for saliva to escape while in use. Also, the color white is not white, but more like off white. Too late to return, but will definitely not order this model again.Reply from Kiran shivshankarHace 5 mesesHi there, Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us on our Philips Sonicare Toothbrush. Great soft bristle toothbrush for sensitive teeth
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my Sonicare toothbrush. Just purchased the pink one to replace one I have had for years. Brush that came with it was good but in ordering replacement brushes, I wanted to get one with soft bristles. This brush is great. It is shaped a little different but cleans my teeth just as well as the medium bristle toothbrush.0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on philips.com - Sí, recomiendoA0808Reviewed 9 months ago
Best Sonicare toothbrush head by far
Been using my Sonicare DiamondClean since 2014 and the switch to this new All-In-One head is an absolute game changer! I am stunned how much cleaner my teeth feel and how nicely massaged my gums feel after each use. Seriously love this upgrade. Enough to come back here and leave a 5 star review!0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on philips.com
