Case defective
Case does not close - pops open. Poor design. And there's no brush head travel cap.Reply from philips.com3 weeks agoHello there, Thank you for reviewing the Philips One by Sonicare. I started using my 14 years ago! My teeth had a lot of staining and tartar. I started using it and then at my next dental cleaning appointment appointment, by hygienist or so surprised that the majority of my staining was gone! My original sonicare power toothbrush just stopped cutting working after 14 years.0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on philips.com

I am not sure just yet!
For the travel toothbrush, it is much more confortable when I use it, compared to the Sonic Care 4100. The vibration is milder and more tolerable to my teeth. I cannot use the second speed on the 4100. Even the first speed is tough on certain teeth that have bigger fillings. I will persit until my next dental appointment and see if the plaque is reduced. How effective is the travel toothbruh on plaque?0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on philips.com - GalloWayCompra verificadaReviewed 5 months ago
Great for travel
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the portability of the One by Sonicare. The bristles are soft but not too soft to get a good brushing. The carry case is an added benefit of the One by Sonicare Toothbrush.0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on philips.com - Fire_wolfCompra verificadaReviewed 5 months ago

Removed USB C Charging
I bought this toothbrush specifically because it was supposed to be USB C. It was incredibly disappointing to open up on Christmas day to find out that Philips removed the one feature that made this worth buying.Reply from philips.comHace 5 mesesHi Emmctt, Thank you for letting us know about your concern, this is not the experience we want for our customer, I'm sorry to hear about your disappointment with the toothbrush, your feedback is very helpful to us to improve our products day by day so we can meet the expectations of our consumer! Really nice, affordable, inconvient charging port.
I love the shape, size, and cost. I have two, but the sage colored one came with a non-standard charging port type and not the USB-C that I expected. So, I don't like this port because I'm going to lose the special charging cable and then this will be useless.0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on philips.com - Nob in CaliforniaReviewed 8 months ago
Philips Removed USB-C Compatibility
You used to be able to charge this toothbrush by directly connecting it to a USBc cord. Philips has removed this and now all new ones require a proprietary charging cord. I'll be looking elsewhere for a new toothbrush.Reply from Kiran shivshankarHace 8 mesesHi there, Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us on our Philips Sonicare Toothbrush.
