IMPORTANT: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, or lack of reasonable care. EXCEPT AS SET FORTH IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, PHILIPS MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, REGARDING THE PRODUCT OR ITS QUALITY OR PERFORMANCE, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
