    “Gentle”… yeah, right

    I bought this specifically because it said it was "gentle" and marketed as wouldn't give severe effects. It was anything but gentle. Horrific, debilitating stomach cramping that lasted 16 hours, even now 18 hours later the cramping has improved but explosive diarrhea is still present and accounted for. Don't market something as gentle when it most definitely is not.

    I use this product to get rid of muscle cramps

    I like to carry a bottle of cherry milk of magnesia everywhere. Working in the hot sun I'll often get trigger finger of massive leg cramps. I find that at the end of the day several mini sips of MOM, with several minutes will alleviate the problem. But, I sure could use TSA travel size (3oz) or less.

    works in less than 8 hours

    Since no other OTC laxatives have ever worked on me I tried Philips and its a home run every time ! works in less than 8 hours and it's gentle and efficient !

    Stomach problem go to..

    Sour stomach, indigestion, sour stomach, constipation's killer product. Usually works within 30 minutes. I do wish some better flavors were available, but the taste is tolerable.

    Good stuff

    I have to actually say this stuff does pretty well towards use don't like the talking taste but other than that it does its job and that's all it should do really
