    Gentle but works great!

    I admit that I hated the texture of it in the beginning. But, I don't suffer and it works gently. It is such a relief to get my stomach emptied. Plus, it works fast! Other products had me sick and cramping, awful. This product is da bomb!!! 🤣👏🏼

    Gentle effective product doc combined with other m

    The first 2 days the outcome was first a watery diarrhea with clay-like clumps. Having heartburn and doc said it would be safe with Pepcid. It became more consistent but very soft and oily for the next 2 days. It finally looked more normal so I am trying none. The flavored varieties made me feel I'd throw up, so I'm sticking with original flavor.

    Works.

    When I deal with my M.S. body and irregular system....I trust milk of magnesia to help regulate my sensitive system. It gets it back on track without being harsh.

    Works great

    This is My go too when my tummy is hurt…. Comes in different flavors inlike the cherry the most tho. And it's not chalky

    Helps so much

    Can't stand the taste but it really does help with constipation which I regularly have. It works fast like within 30 minutes, and will relieve you from pain.

    Tummy trouble

    It's ok I guess it's just not the type of product I buy regularly. However it does it's job. So i guess I'd recommend it.

    Fair Rating

    Formula has changed to a more watery consistency causing one to use more to be effective. Bad idea. Store brand works better.

    Upset stomach relief

    Work for an upset stomach and other things. Dad uses it for heartburn and indigestion he swears by this and will not use anything else
