It is helping me lose a little bit of weight. It's not a lot but the green tea is what I think is doing it. They Really Work?

Not as good as I remember
I got this a few years ago when I was just staring to lose weight. I felt it did better that time than it did this time. It has not affected my weight in any way at all this time. I think just drinking green tea would be better. I do like the amt. of probiotics in it, but will look at the other one PC makes and try it.
