Hey all!! So i have had this FANTASTIC wand for about 3 and a half years, and let me tell you!! this product is amazing! it's thorough, the vibration isn't too intense, and the material is good for water and an easy wash! my problem is that two months ago it broke down. I was about to have a time, and suddenly the button wasn't working. i tried charging it for an hour, and no luck. i was really disappointed because it was already acting glitchy before and now it's just broken completely. so disappointed in this product!! i hope the company fixes this bug soon!! i've seen some similar comments, and im just hoping that the quality of the technology will improve.Respuesta de MarjHace 3 semanasHello, Kbot! Tears were shed and not good ones
Bought yesterday for an anniversary surprise. Fully charged, washed, excited to use… it was incredibly weak. We were both disappointed. Not worth it. It has that annoying magnet charger. The vibration isn't strong enough. It is a good length for reach purposes. But I regret my purchase overall. Bought this as a replacement for the purple one when it gave out. I will say this one is a bit stronger than the older model which I am happy with. I do wish they updated the pictures on their website to the most recent model though.
