Absorbent and coverage is your friend!

It absorbs all leakage and stays put with the adhesive strip on your underwear. When I wake up in the morning, I noticed no odor! I never felt like I was wearing a diaper in the situation. They are not scented and the sticky strip keeps them in place all night and they are wider toward the back which is nice.
