With or without some extra spices the flavor really stands on its own. Nice stronger olive flavor for breads and salads.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Bold variety of Pompeian Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made from 100% Spanish olives and has a stronger and more distinct flavor compared to the other varieties available. I much prefer the more pronounced and noticeable olive taste for things that don't involve heating like dressings, vinaigrette, and dipping bread. For cooking and pan-frying a smoother or less strong olive oil works just fine. Great taste and excellent finishing touch
