I use Prosacea as part of my daily skin care routine. I started using it several years ago - I started gradually and, together with dietary changes to balance my pH levels, eventually was able to replace my prescription antibiotic gel with Prosacea. Been using Prosacea for months
Honestly, this stuff just works. Years of redness and bumps finally gone after a few days of using it as recommended. I've seen a lot of people complain about the tightening sensation on your skin. Frankly, I think if you look up how the product works, the tightening makes sense and should be perfectly expected. It re-constricts the overactive blood vessels responsoble for the redness. So, yeah, when it first goes to work, it's gonna feel like your cheeks are tightening a bit. It won't always be like that. Once it's under control and you're only using the product for maintenance, that sensation isn't noticeable. And the primary active ingredient is Sulphur, so expect a bit of a smell, but the scent really isn't potent. I highly recommend it, and I continue to use it myself.
