What happened to them?

The scent is overpowering
I have used these tissues for years. However, I will not be purchasing in the future, the scent is overpowering, and very unpleasant. Not Happy With Quality
Puffs Plus with Lotion has changed. The rectangular boxes I am currently using are full of white fiber, a material that I find everywhere the tissue goes in my home. I am not talking about lint, I am see dime size pieces. The tissues in the last inch bottom of the box are folded in half. Declining Quality
Changes to your product have clearly degraded its quality. The tissues are thinner, less absorbent, and rougher than when first introduced, and they frequently tear when pulled from a new box.
