Pleased with this purchase and the 5-year warrenty
I bought this in April 2022 and have found the product to be reliable and as described. I have used it intermittently since I bought it and have been very pleased with the ease and results. For whatever reason, it started leaking and stopped working. When I followed up with the company, they were helpful and explained my next steps to receive a replacement as it was still under warranty. Easy to show the receipt and send a picture. Love the humidity output on this thing, but it can’t hold more than a few cups of water before leaking from the base. The top reservoir doesn’t hold any of the water I put in and it’s made quite a mess. Since it can only hold a little water at the bottom, it runs dry very quickly and has to be refilled often. We bought several humidifiers. They work great and are quiet. After four years, one started to have problems. Since it had a five year warranty, we contacted the company.
