Best Christmas gift ever!
Received as early Christmas gift from my husband. Love it, my feet go in after walking the dog outside for an hour no matter the weather. Warms me faster than going back to my bed with heated mattress pad. And I can still do other things while sitting on the couch.

Doesn’t even turn on
I just got this as an early birthday present and I doesn’t even turn on. Not sure what to do as I do not know where it was purchased!

Just didn’t get warm enough
I’ve tried 2 of these. The original one never got warm enough even on high. The company sent a replacement and it’s no better. A pair of socks will keep your feet just as warm. My wife has chronic pain and needs something more than this.
