The Purerelief XL Heating Pad is a really great product. It heats up really fast and is comfortable to use. Logistically, the plugs are very secure and doesn't come unplugged like the other pad we have. The auto-off timer is very convenient so you can use when going to bed. I highly recommend this product.

I have been using this heating pad for almost 5 years. It works great to help alleviate tight back muscles and the monthly cramps. It heats up quickly and shuts off after 2 hours. A much needed feature as I frequently fall asleep with the warmth during the winter months. A MUST have!

Reviewed 1 week agoGreat hearing pad just wondering why it always shows the number 8 when I plug it in and turn it on which makes me think oh it has 8 levels, no it doesn't. Only 6. Why bamboozle me. What does 8 mean. Please tell me. Going crazy. Thanks. 👍

I needed a heating pad to help my muscles stay loose after working out, and this has worked well for me! It heats up quickly and does the job well. I like the auto-off feature too, for peace of mind.

I bought this heating pad about two years ago and have never had a pad with the different levels of heat and ex large size. It stopped working about three days ago flashing and F sign and when I called in about it I was so happy when I was told it would be replaced. I will stick with this product very well-made and exceptional warranty.
