It was fine at first but lately it will just shut off and the “high” red light blinks but the buttons won’t shut it off. It has to be unplugged at that point and then SOMETIMES it will work for a little while after. Heats very well but uncomfortable near the neck.

My husband bought me this heating pad last April and I have used it every day. It is the softest material, lightweight, with just the right amount of heat on each level. I just can’t do without it.
