Great but stopped working a while
Received this as a gift. I get really bad menstrual abdominal and back cramps. This heating pad was a life saver but after a few use. LOVE IT!

Loved while it lasted, not long.
My husband got me this as a gift for Christmas in 2023. I loved it while it worked. Only used maybe 5 times between December 2023 and March 2024, and it stopped working (doesn't want to turn on or heat up). We tried all the plug ins at the house and nothing, tried unplugging the heating pad and the cord and nothing was still working. For the price you pay, I'm upset that it didn't even last long. I love this heating pad
I bought this 3 and a half years ago and it has been a lifesaver with my chronic pain and menstrual cramps, as well as backaches. It is a good size and weight. The cord is long, which is really helpful to reach different areas of my bed or room. I like the three settings as well.
