I have been a fan of pure protein bars for the last 20 years. As a daily consumer, this has been by far my favorite flavor. This flavor has not failed to accompany me in every meal. I chunk it up in my pasta and burgers. It makes good butter chicken flavoring as well. It supported me through my divorce, and my new wife and kids (who are appreciative of the truly divine experience granted through these bars) love them as well. Really great flavor
I really enjoy the peanut butter flavor, they taste like a snickers almost, no gross chalky aftertaste. I hadn't had them in a couple years and was worried about the recent chemical taste reviews but the bars I just bought have no chemical or other strange taste. I have been eating pure protein bars for about 6 years and I fell in love with the old white package. The chocolate peanut butter has always been my favorite. It taste like your eating something unhealthy but your not. They were way bigger and thicker back then , which left me filling fuller and I could wait 2 hours for my next meal. Only Four Bars Per Box
I have been buying Pure Protein bars for some time now and have been pleased with the taste of the bars and the high protein-to-calorie ratio. But I went to the grocery store the other day, and now there are only four bars in the same size box! What happened to the fifth/sixth one? Smaller bars, too.
