I am diagnosed bipolar and get frequent episode episodes of mania where I cannot sleep. These have literally saved my life, or at least my sleep schedule. I was trying to get on a good sleep schedule this entire month in preparation for a new job. The best I could do was sleeping at 3 AM to 11 AM. These have me asleep by 11:30 waking up at 6:00 with absolutely no grogginess! I even noticed that I get up on my first alarm, which is completely new for me. Waste of money
