Great for energy & endurance…
I haven't been taking it long enough to log for the weight loss but it's been making me feel great and I don't run out of energy. Serving suggest three at a time but I do four for long shifts so I think that needs to be tweaked a bit but if there's a heart condition etc probably best to stick to recommended dosage.
