University Nutrition Departments rate bars by comparing the sum of protein and fiber (in grams, multiplied by 10), with the number of calories. If the calorie content is greater, it's candy. If the protein and fiber are greater, it's healthy. It's simple. Most "breakfast bars" are candy. All Quest bars are healthy. No Guilt Chocolate
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My favorite thing about this bar is I get to indulge in a chocolate craving without the guilt. Knowing that it is a healthy choice is the best feeling. It hits all the marks for a delicious protein bar with an appealing chocolate flavor. Sometimes "health" food that is supposed to be chocolate or chocolate coated tastes fake and I would rather just skip those. This bar isn't like those others. Chocolate Chunk protien bars
Probably got a cross contaminated gluten batch. Didn't have trouble with Quest Protein chocolate chunk bars before. Constant diarrhea.
