Your brush is covered under our warranty, so we are always happy to assist with the necessary troubleshooting and proper replacements. Would you mind answering the questions below for us to see what may be causing the battery to drain? Additionally, please confirm your most current and correct shipping details and the color of your quip Sonic Toothbrush experiencing issues. Do you brush more than 2x a day for 2 minutes? Do you see any damage to the top white portion of your handle? (This can best be seen with the Brush Head & motor removed.) If you notice any damage to the upper white portion of your handle, please send over a clear photo of any damage you see. Please confirm the four-to-six-character lot code printed on your motor. If your lot code contains letters, please be sure to include this information as well. Example: h3890 Note: please do not discard any items as we are not able to replace products that have been thrown away.
