Annoying charging
I bought this a month ago. It comes with no charge. And when I tried charging it, there's no led or nothing to indicate it's actually charging. I change power source a few times assuming it was my issue. Still no led. I shouldn't have to research online to find that it's "normal" to not see a led and I should trust it is charging and leave it there for 8 straight hours... then disconnect and press power for 30 seconds to reset. While rare, it's possible that your brush may arrive in locked mode and a manual reset is required to get it up and running. Carwash for your mouth
I've been a Quip user for years at this point, but the Ultra?! Game-changer. Quip has absolutely leveled up. After the first brush, my mouth felt like it had been through a carwash; it felt so clean and refreshing. My teeth feel as clean and pristine as they do after a visit to the dentist.
