After taking for a month it's hard to tell if the product is working as intended or if my environmental and social conditions have changed. Good Quality. Large in Size.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Judging the effectiveness of vitamins is always tricky for me. Do they work? Is it just in my head? I can say with certainty they are large. Not difficult to swallow but I have to tell myself they will be fine going down each time I look at them. I keep them on my desk to remember to take them. When I do, they seem to absorb well, and help with focus. It appears to help with attention but I did not see a noticeable difference in energy. The brand is high quality and reputable. However, they also are on the pricey side.
