Calm but w bad dreams!
Started taking these about a month ago. They are large but break in half easily to make it easier to swallow. Weirdly, I felt calmer but my dreams were vivid and for the most part not pleasant. Look it up, this can be a side effect. Perhaps I was absorbing more? Going back to straight mag glycinate not this combination one. Horse pills

Pill too big!

Hard to swallow

Huge thick pill
