I bought this last night and was so excited to eat a bowl in the morning. There are more raisins in the box than “bran flakes”. Wasn’t even mad at that, the cherry on top for me, was the staleness of the cereal. Me being six months pregnant was so ready to bust down on a bowl, let remind yall I haven’t had this since I was a kid and I’m currently in my 20s. Not bad

I really love the crunchy version of this cereal, but the original version is just okay. There's a severe lack of texture and the cereal becomes pure mush very quickly, so you either have to eat at the speed of light or you're going to be eating something like chunky baby food. Solid-a-go-to breakfast

The big crispy toasted bran flakes are sturdy enough to hold up the milk for a bit while a generous scattering of raisins deliver little burst of chewy grape goodness in every spoon. Is high in fiber with just 190 calories in one cup and 5g of protein. This cereal is timeless, dependable and those raisins keep me coming back. My kid also loves the combination of crunchy flakes with sweet chewy raisins. Crunchy snack

The texture is crunchy, the taste is satisfying, and it got me over my sweet tooth mid day slump. I love that it has a little protein, it helps by adding ultra filtered milk, and also has fiber. If you are looking for a high fiber and nutrient rich cereal then these are for you. They tend to get soggy fast but some people don’t mind that.
