I’ve been eating this for years and I had to check the box after opening this new one to make sure I had bought the crunch version. There’s almost no granola in this and just some crumbs and oats floating around; it might as well be Raisin Bran. I had hoped this would have been an anomaly until I read some of the reviews here. Flakes not crunchy
This was my favorite cereal but this latest box is just the original Raisin Bran with crunchy Oaks in it they did not make the flakes crunchy like they were before and it's terrible I would say for no one to buy it at this timeReply from wkkellogg.com3 weeks agoWhile we are sorry this happened, we're glad you let us know that your cereal is not crunchy. Awful recipe change!
The new formulation of Raisin Bran Crunch is awful!! The flakes are small, thin and at least half the box is clumps of dusty crumbs as a result. The delicious, crispy fresh taste is gone. Perfect blend of crunchy and chewy
This is the best year I’ve had in a very long time. The flakes are crunchy, but not hard like some grocery store brands. And the reasons are some of the softest reasons I’ve had in any box cereal. Add in the health benefits of the brand and the amount of fiber that’s in this. Raisin Bran Soggy
Until you fix what is wrong, you need to change the name to “raisin bran soggy”! We have been eating this product daily for years. We loved how it stayed crunchy until the last bite. For some reason, the last several boxes are just thin, small flakes that are more like crumbs and the cereal is soggy by the by the time I put the milk back into the fridge and take my first bite!!
