They taste like the bird seed bells you give your parakeet. That said, if you like nuts and seeds it's a good way to get some crunch. It provide a quick meal when you can't get to real food. But - also it's a lot of calories.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly, these products usually end up testing like cardboard. I was pleasantly surprised by this bar. For a keto product, it was quite enjoyable. Really liked the coconut almond flavor. Hopefully I'll get to try some other flavors soon.
