I really loved the idea behind this product. It was a classic peanut butter cup but with lava cake filling inside as well. Who doesn’t love lava cake? I enjoyed it, however it was a bit overly sweet. I only ate one of the cups in the package and was already too full to eat the other. I would be much more interested in this product if they were packaged separately so I could have one at a time. Yummy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very good Reese's peanut butter cup! The lava chocolate was smooth and creamy and contrasted the peanut butter. It was very good and I enjoyed it. Still delicious.
Even though I couldn't taste the chocolate lava part apart from the Reese's chocolate coating, I still liked these Reese's big cups in king size. Peanut butter candy
Reese is my favorite, now they have it with a lava chocolate center, giving it a little more chocolate for an indulgent treat. The flavor is peanut butter and chocolate, the lava just gives it another layer of texture. Reese peanut butter cup taste
The Reese butter cups taste so nasty now. They used to be my favorite but the way they taste now, I will never buy them again. The pb lava (chocolate or jelly) ratio is off
As much as I rallied for PB&J I even wrote the corporate office as a flavor suggestion The new lava cups are a little disappointing The peanut butter to chocolate or peanut butter to jelly ratio is off You can't really taste them You put a sliver of it in there in the peanut butter as much as I love the peanut butter overtakes anything else so I think they need to try again and maybe go 50/50.Reply from REESE'S11 months agoWe truly appreciate your enthusiasm, especially your dedication in suggesting PB&J as a flavor idea.
