The new formula is awful! It has a cottage cheese texture and tastes even worse! I have not seen the results I normally see when switching back to this toothpaste after a long break.

I have a feeling many people experiencing disappointment / agitation about "a change in the product" may not realize there are *TWO* versions of Rembrandt: One has a red square on its packaging with a capital "I" for Intense Stain - this version is a pleasant foamy paste that relies on *baking soda* and works on the surface. There is a green square version with a "D" for Deep - this version relies on *hydrogen peroxide* which works deeper into the tooth… this version can be off-putting and has a more gel/glycerin consistency that is less pleasant than the white paste of the "Intense Stain" version. Hydrogen peroxide is still excellent for deep stains, but it can taste pretty bad.

I just bought two tubes and I'm a first time user, is the paste supposed to look like curdled milk? And this product was referred by my hygienist. My review is only based on one week of usage, sorry.
