Love this product!! Tone-gloss-care brings beautiful color and shine, hair looks instantly healthier. Easy to apply, affordable and 20 minutes to process. The only thing I do differently is not applying the entire leave in conditioner, my hair is too fine. Hair feels and looks awful.
I almost never leave reviews positive or negative but this gloss/dye was a horrible experience. After following all the directions my first clue that this was not going to have a good outcome was my hair felt AWFUL rinsing out the dye. No worries- it'll feel good after the conditioner right? Nope. Felt like straw. Ok but it comes with an additional leave in treatment maybe that will fix it? Wrong again. My hair feels significantly worse than when I started. So I blow dry it and do the best I can. It feels like straw and isn't drying glossy or soft. Everyone knows that some of your softest hair is after dying it a darker color. Not this time. After I finished drying I looked in the mirror and found to my horror- not only is it frizzy and actively WORSE than what I started with- it somehow made my hair brassier and LIFTED my color around my hairline and roots. The only reason I gave it two stars is it appears to have somewhat covered the ends of my hair that were faded from my last gloss in the salon. Albeit brassy- the ends of my hair are slightly darker. It's just now the rest of my hair is ruined. I don't know what went wrong- but it went very wrong. Love the hair dye but I want my brown back

Loved it-just needed a little adjustment
I loved how my hair felt after the color. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the colorant tube (step 2) did not freely flow out. It appeared the tube seal became lodged and did not allow me to squeeze the contents out easily. I have severe arthritis making this task difficult for me. Need to be able to get the Leave In Scalp & Hair Serum separately to use more often!
Revlon 6G light golden blond gloss and tone demi-perm hair color is perfect for me. I only wish I could buy the Leave In Scalp & Hair Serum separately. That stuff works wonders, and I don't want to have to buy a whole hair coloring kit just to get it. Waste of time and money.
I usually use original red box Revlon Colorsilk 061. I bought this Colorsilk Tone+Gloss+Care 7 with a coupon. I saw color rinsing out, but after hair dried, you would not be able to tell that I just "enhanced" the color. Nothing happened. Comes with a conditioning packet and a scalp and hair serum packet.
