It is a retractable pencil and it even comes with a built in brow powder and little sponge to blend out the brows. Great color and consistency
I bought this a few weeks ago and haven't tried it till today and I absolutely loved it! The color matched perfectly with mine it was soft and gently. Super easy to apply especially trying to fill my eyebrows bald spot. After trying out different eyebrow products from different brands, this has far been the best one.
