Great for sensitive skin

Waste of money! Not much product included!
I bought this new, unopened eyeliner less than 1 month ago, & it's already gone! I only use it under the eyes & a little on eyelid edge. Buy for your eye shade and you will be a stunner!
I have dark blue eyes that typically go unnoticed until I’m in the light and they lighten a bit showing off the blue; but with this eyeliner, I don’t need the light!! I wore it in a wedding recently & I received more compliments on my eyes that night than I have in my entire life! This drugstore product is so well made that it might as well be a designer brand. IT IS A MUST HAVE! I can't live without this eyeliner! Been using it for about 15+ years! From everyday to Halloween makeup. Talk about all day stay....This eyeliner last forever! The smooth glide is a dream! Bonus sharpener & smudger on the end to get that perfect thin-thick line or smokey look. Really pops against eyeshadows. Halloween makeup works wonders with this eyeliner. Draw, outline, shade, trace, dots...you think it you can use this eyeliner!! Absolutely no running or dripping in ur eye creating a black burning mess, no waiting for it to dry like liquid eyeliners!! You can literally do anything with this eyeliner. Throw your old stuff away.
