Better than most drug store brands

This eyeliner does just what it says it does. It goes on smooth and stays on without running out smearing. It is reasonably priced. I have oily eyelids and with the proper primer this eyeliner is sure to stay. Revlon is a trusted name and has been around many years. You would do yourself a favor giving this a try. A tried and true eyeliner
I go back and forth with this eyeliner. Sometimes the pencil flakes, which causes discomfort with my contact lenses. But I love the smoothness and colors and how it stays put throughout the day.
