This eyeliner does just what it says it does. It goes on smooth and stays on without running out smearing. It is reasonably priced. I have oily eyelids and with the proper primer this eyeliner is sure to stay. Revlon is a trusted name and has been around many years. You would do yourself a favor giving this a try. I go back and forth with this eyeliner. Sometimes the pencil flakes, which causes discomfort with my contact lenses. But I love the smoothness and colors and how it stays put throughout the day. Waste of money! Not much product included!

Buy for your eye shade and you will be a stunner!
I have dark blue eyes that typically go unnoticed until I’m in the light and they lighten a bit showing off the blue; but with this eyeliner, I don’t need the light!! I wore it in a wedding recently & I received more compliments on my eyes that night than I have in my entire life! This drugstore product is so well made that it might as well be a designer brand.
